A key milestone was celebrated in Boorowa last Wednesday with the official sod turning ceremony for Donohoe’s Estate.
Held on-site at 96–148 Long Street, the event marked the commencement of civil works for Stage 1 of the long-anticipated subdivision.
Hosted by Flemings, the ceremony drew local stakeholders, community members, and dignitaries, including the Hon. Michael McCormack MP, Federal Member for the Riverina, who was present to formally help launch the project.
The Donohoe’s Estate subdivision is set to offer new residential opportunities for the growing Boorowa community.
Stage 1 of the development will establish essential infrastructure and lay the groundwork for future housing growth.

Guests at the sod turning witnessed the symbolic breaking of ground, signaling the beginning of works that are expected to bring long-term benefits to the local area.

With development now underway, interest in the Donohoe’s Estate is expected to grow.
