It was another hot night on pool deck as our swimmers hit the water for the next round of championships. There were some great races with close finishes - so many of our swimmers are improving every week - testament to their coaches, training and perseverance to improve over the season.

On Saturday, our club members attended a coaching session hosted by Les Barclay from Telopea Club ACT – drawing on his national coaching experience for great tips and hints for our swimmers. A wonderful day all round as a nutritional session was delivered by Sharon Richens’ from Concept Rehab on the importance of fuelling and hydrating our bodies properly for endurance sports and a wonderful healthy lunch sponsored by Twomey’s.
Young Swimming Club is very proud of the following five swimmers who have qualified for NSW Country Championships. We wish them all the best in Sydney.
