The absence of an ATM in Main Street is becoming increasingly inconvenient for residents (and of course visitors to town) wishing to withdraw cash from their accounts.
Members of the community want an answer!
The Record spoke with ANZ Media Relations Manager, Nick Higgingbottom, who has released the below statement:
“Upgrade work has been completed to facilitate an ATM at the same location as the previous machine. We are now in discussions with the new landlord to ensure everything else is in place to install the ATM, and we are making progress.
“We appreciate that this has not been ideal for our customers or the broader Grenfell community and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.”
