The former Auburn City Council deputy mayor is set to join the ever expanding ranks of Australian personalities experimenting in the personal hygiene space with a new line of 100 per cent halal bathroom potions, and shower caps, due for release next year.

"Mehajer Rejuvenation", according to the Mejaher family, is expected to be as popular as Miranda Kerr's Kora line and Lara Worthington's The Base, bronzers that are now flying off the shelves of beauty behemoth Sephora.

"Although the team know that there is still a lot of work to be done like fine tuning the details, ingredients, product designs, labels, manufacturing and distribution, the family can't hold back their elation to finally see one of their dreams come to reality," a spokesperson said.

Mehajer has more in common with the former star of Being Lara Bingle than just impressive dental work and a chequered career.

Back in 2012, Worthington proclaimed on her shortlived reality TV show that she was an entrepreneur, Mehajer is now one too, according to his Instagram bio. In addition to property development and releasing motivational videos, his new direction is taking him toward the toilets of "selected hotels and online early 2017".

Instagram is where the grooming enthusiast announced his latest venture on Wednesday with a photo of jars filled with white body lotion, blue shower gel and yellow conditioner. Toothbrushes, towels and cakes of soap will also make up the range.

The packaging is a departure from his usual extravagance, just white and silver with a crown logo - a favoured motif of the family. His sister Khadijeh and her new husband, who celebrated their nuptials with a $1 million wedding, recently had matching crowns tattooed to their hands.

While the "compact hotel and travel skincare and beauty" brand appears to carry a trademark, Fairfax Media confirmed with IP Australia that it is not officially registered.

Mehajer thanked his three sisters for their support as well as his rumoured new paramour, Constance Siaf. In classic cryptic fashion he also mentions another mentor.

"All credit goes to the person who came up with this idea and initiated this trial which has now become a reality. You know exactly who you are. Lots of love from the bottom of my heart!!," he said of the mystery mastermind.

His latest announcement follows a post published by his rumoured estranged wife, Aysha, last week that read: "Something exciting is coming".
