Grenfell Public school is getting ready for students starting Kindergarten in 2017 after fantastic achievements in 2016

Kindergarten teacher Mr Steven Kilby has achieved outstanding results with kindergarten students in 2016, reaching above expected growth in Literacy and Numeracy, students reading skills have been most impressive with our L3 program making a big difference. We are inviting parents and prospective kindergarten students to come and have a look around Grenfell Public School with a Kindergarten morning tea day. The morning tea will be held on Tuesday, September 6, at 9.30am in the Staffroom. Attendees will enjoy a tour of the school, a visit to our Kindergarten room and a firsthand experience of the Kindergarten class, in particular our L3 literacy program, we can then answer any questions you may have, morning tea will follow. If you can’t make morning tea but would like a tour or more information about our 2017 kindergarten class please call Principal, Mr Andrew Hooper,  or our Kindergarten teacher Mr Steven Kilby on 02 6343 2122, they will be more than happy to answer any questions. If you would like an information booklet or enrolment form for kindergarten 2017 they are available from the office.
