There will be a briefing at 9:30am and the run will leave at 10am sharp. A great prize is on offer with our winner takes all $500 prize money generously donated by Griffith Motorcycle Centre.
On return to the Grenfell Bowling Club the winner will be announced and then lucky door prizes will be drawn out for all registered riders.
We would like to thank Inland Truck Centre, Jan Parlett’s Country Experience, Wilders Motorcycles Young and Cowra Motorcycles and Power Equipment for all of their very generous donations. There are a lot of fantastic lucky door prizes to give out.
Once the formalities are done dinner can be purchased at the Bowling Club and the live music will start.
The superb line up of live entertainment will begin at 7:30 with locals Holly Shaw, Mel Moore and Luke Harveyson kicking off the night. Local band Leather Grace will then take the stage followed by our headline act “October Rage”.
We are very excited and lucky to have October Rage back this year. Having just completed a very successful six month tour of America and the release of their EP “Fallout Dust and Guns”, the boys are keen to come back. Last weekend band members Nick Roberts and Kai Chambers entertained a crowd at the Railway Hotel with local Luke Harveyson and it was a fantastic night.
We encourage all locals who love live music to come down and enjoy the night which will be FREE OF CHARGE, as is the Courtesy Bus. Lockout is at 11pm.
For more information visit the Facebook page “Grenfell Goanna Poker Run” or contact Lorraine Harveyson on 0428 432352 or Peter Harveyson on 0427 091268.
There is something for everyone this Saturday at the Grenfell Bowling Club starting from 8am. See you there!
