POLICE are investigating a crash which happened in the early hours of Sunday morning and caused major damage to a Mandurah car wash.

The accident happened about 1am at the Pinjarra Road BP service station when a Ford Fairmont sedan smashed into the car wash.
The vehicle is believed to have been stolen and police said two people were "assisting with their inquiries".
Nobody was injured in the crash.
No charges have been laid over the incident but investigations are continuing.
The car wash is out of order.
