Yes, the Country Club still has the cup after defeating the SNM girls last Wednesday. To there credit, they did put up a better fight than the Criterion the week before when they were soundly beaten 6 games to1 (1 game start remember).

Last Wednesday started off in the usual manner, with Greg hitting a 70 and finishing with a X14. CC 1, SNM 1. Next game however, Marty and Trophy got spanked by the two Sharons, when Sharon S hit X6. The next 4 games all went to the CC and the night looked over, when out of the blue Colleen Handcock threw an 80 and hit the X8 first dart. Her opposition just happened to be yours truly and Nathan. The look of anguish on my face said it all. Their little run came to an end next game when Fann hit X1 to finish off the night.
Thank you ladies for a most entertaining night, and tonight it’s back to the dreaded Railway.
