Dear Sir,
I am writing to let you know of the achievement of our Granddaughter, Bridgett Scott. At the Dogs NSW state junior showmanship finals, held at the Orchard Hills canine complex in August, Bridgett competed in the 7 to under 10 year old class. The competition starts with the competitors using their own dogs, and if you get through to the final, you use a randomly chosen dog from a group of preselected animals. This year Bridgett used an Australian Terrier in the first round. Like last year, she qualified for the final round. This year she drew a Collie (Rough) (a Lassie dog) for the final and she did remarkably well. She finished second in her age group, making her the second best junior handler, aged 7 to under 10 in NSW.
Thank you for your ear, from two very proud grandparents,
Glenn and Jan Scott
