HIV case: Convicted man gets second chance at appeal after judge bias ruled

A man who says his former partner had unprotected sex with him despite knowing he was HIV positive will have a second chance to challenge his conviction after an appeal court found a judge's comments that "no normal woman in her right mind" would do so was based on the judge's personal opinion and not evidence.
