On Saturday October 05 2013 the marriage took place between Jacob Troth and Jessica Hunt in the beautiful garden of Hugh Moffitt’s. Jacob is the son of Mark and Kerrie Troth of Wirrimah and grandson of Glenice Clarke. Jess is the daughter of Jim and Jenny Hunt of Queabeyan. Jacob’s attendants were Tim Bailey, Chris Hunt (Bride’s brother), Jared Martens, Andrew Clarke (Groom’s Uncle) and Ben Garlick. Jess’ attendants were Elyse Troth (Groom’s Sister), Caitlin McAway, Rebecca Thisleton (Bride’s Sister), Cassie Coate (Bride’s Sister) and Jade Bailey. Charlie Clarke (Groom’s cousin) was pageboy and Amelia Hunt (Bride’s niece) was flowergirl. Jeremy D’Ombrain, son of Lester and Teresa D’Ombrain of Forbes married Madeline Walsh daughter of Rodney and Vicki Walsh of Grenfell on May 25 2013 at Pinnacle homestead. Old friends of Don and Val Forysth who were in Grenfell for the Remembrance Day Service were John Selmes (L) from Queanbeyan and Ron Woodrow from Raymond Terrace. John, who did his National Service Training was guest speaker at the Remembrance Day Dinner on Monday evening. They all met in Broken Hill when Don was stationed there as a Police Officer and John and Ron were employed in the Justice System. A full story on their time together and John's talk on his term doing his National Service will appear in a later edition of the Weddin Whispers and Grenfell Record.
