<description><![CDATA[Grenfell Red Cross Branch met last Friday 26th June and Vice President Pip Wood welcomed 13 members and 7 apologies.
Members were unanimous in wishing to thank the generous people of Grenfell for their support of the Street Stall last week. The raffle was won by Valerie Granville – a beautiful tub of groceries and goodies.

<description><![CDATA[An Evening in Egypt
The Evening Branch met at Bolero’s Restaurant on Tuesday June 16, where President Michele Johnson welcomed 10 members. Apologies were received from nine members.
Following the CWA Motto a minute’s silence was held for members who have lost loved ones. Ideas were put forward re the International evening, with Egypt being the country of study.

<title><![CDATA[Red Nose Day fundraiser a success]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[Last Friday night a Fundraiser Night was held at the Grenfell Country Club in support of Red Nose Day.  
The night was a huge success and was enjoyed by all.  With over $16,000 being contributed on the night and throughout the month of June, a net profit of $10,167 was raised.

What a night!  
Kelly Nealon and her many helpers put together a great night of fun and entertainment at the Grenfell Country Club last Friday night in aid of S.I.D.S.  
Well over 150 people joined the fun of the Chocolate Wheel, the 100 Club, wine tasting, silent auction and dancing to the sounds of Ange Day, daughter of Kieran and Kathy Day of Cowra.
