10 Mar 10 | FOURS CHAMPIONSHIP DRAW: J. Sparkes bye - K. Brus bye. G. Hunter vs C. Anderson and A. Brown vs S. Galvin. This means that the Saturday afternoon games are the latter two matches. However the two byes could be played on Saturday if organised by the skips.

03 Mar 10 | DISTRICT JUNIOR SINGLES There were two games in the quarter finals. After the scores being 6/6 on end 6 Angus Crutcher crept ahead to claim a 25/13 victory over James Hunter.
24 Feb 10 | MEN MAJOR/MINOR PAIRS CHAMPIONSHIP. B. McAlister/Steve Galvin flew away at the start and led 10/0 after five ends. From that point L. Ballard/R. Chambers won nine of the 16 remaining ends.
17 Feb 10 | Men PENNANTS The first round commences for the 6’s when they play Cowra number 5’s at Cowra on March 28. The number 3’s first game is on April 11 when they play the Cowra number 2’s at Cowra.
10 Feb 10 | Last Friday night was a night of drawn results as for the four games played three ended in a draw so the selectors did a good job.

10 Feb 10 | The Open District Singles was held over the weekend at Cowra and Canowindra. The Open Singles was at Cowra and was won by local man Graeme Hunter who had a tight game with another local, Steve Galvin.

20 Jan 10 | MEN DISTRICT TRIPLES CHAMPIONSHIPS These were played at Canowindra over the weekend. Grenfell had two teams participating J. Joyce/B. Galvin/S. Galvin and R. Baker/R. Hunter/G. Hunter.
16 Dec 09 | On Wednesday night we held our mixed night. There were 18 players. The winners were R Walter, A Taylor and M Hunter.

16 Dec 09 | D AND C REID MIXED PAIRS TOURNAMENT RESULTS There were 16 teams of bowlers here over the weekend from Cowra, Temora, Boorowa and as far afield as Huskisson and Windang on the South Coast. It was great to see Pat and Reg Edwards back in town.
09 Dec 09 | SUNDAY CHRISTMAS HAMPERS: There were 20 players in attendance on Sunday at 4.00 to contest the hampers and poultry. This left us with two triples games and two pairs games.
02 Dec 09 | Numbers were down last Friday night but a good game of social bowls was had by all. The eventful winners were G. Galvan, A. Taylor, E. Gluyas and E. Taylor. Runners up were G.O’Brien, W. Galvan and M. Drogemuller.

02 Dec 09 | I wish to thank Andrew Brown who has done a great job in writing up the column over the last three weeks when I have been away. He did a great job and is rightly proud of his efforts although his jokes were a little wishy-washy.
25 Nov 09 | On Wednesday November 18, the Railway Hotel dart team of Tony ‘Minichello’ Fenech, Ian ‘Inky’ Armstrong, Greg Saye (sub for Steve O’Byrne), Murray ‘Cod’ Logan, Barry ‘McKenzie’ Bradtke, Terry ‘Bond’ Carroll (sub for Daniel Fanning), Terry ‘White’ Knight and, Dave ‘Killer’ Thiel were challenged by the Show No Mercy team (or should we say their partners or neighbours) in a very exciting and close challenge.
25 Nov 09 | We had three mats out last Friday night for our 18 players. Winners from the cards were G O’Brien, M Eppelstun and E Taylor with two wins and 23 points.
