The weather is really starting to warm up, and the flies have been very friendly, but some keen ladies continued to play for the Pat Aston Trophy this week, with good numbers on Wednesday and smaller numbers on the weekend. Top scores for the week were Shirley Mawhinney with a 31 nett, Enid Johnson 35, Jenny Nealon 351/2 and Jan Myers with 36. We have two more weeks left in this competition and players can play Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday and are self starting. The four best nett scores recorded in the month of November will determine the winner.

The Golf Presentation for the year will be held tonight Friday 20th November, with a meal, 7.30 for an 8pm start. Hope to see all the trophy winners present.
