In this competition P Harris and G Gravenmaker are vying to take Bob Bassett’s shirt off his back.
19 Feb 10 | Except on Wednesday when there were eight players in a competition won by R Coleman with 34 points from G Gravenmaker and B Bassett, 30 points, and B Brown 28 points.
Balls went to 30 points.
12 Feb 10 | The week before last we were all talk about great scores, for last week we lament the number of cards returned over 33pts, one in fact.
05 Feb 10 | Even though there are 6 different competitions conducted by the club during Summer the numbers of golfers participating remain small. The course is playing very well although a bit long, the greens have been renovated and every this is good for golf except the hot weather. Even so very good scores are being returned and the handicapper is being kept busy.

This competition is designed to accommodate all players, especially family groups.

13 Nov 09 | The 3 person ambrose organised and sponsored by C J Anderson & Co with proceeds going to “Can-Assist Grenfell” was very well supported with 57 golfers participating. In pleasant weather and with a course showing some run very good scores were returned. Many prizes were allotted, indeed the first 9 teams were acknowledged all courtesy of C J Anderson & Co, Many thanks to Clive and his team and all who participated.
06 Nov 09 | CANASSIST CHARITY DAY TOMORROW - MEN
The Grenfell Country Club, in conjunction with sponsors C J Anderson & Co, will tomorrow conduct a golf event in aid of ‘Can assist Grenfell’. This event will be a 3 person Ambrose (1 player per group with an A G U handicap), start anytime between 10am and 1pm, cost $25.00 per player which includes in Spit Roast Lunch. This is new ground for our Club and a very worthy cause, so please make every effort to support.
24 Apr 09 | Last Sunday a total of 31 players were on the course, 12 pairs playing the mixed event and seven men without partners playing a stableford.
