05 Mar 10 | GRENFELL U12'S IN GOOD WIN AT COWRA Grenfell Bowling Club U12’s travelled to Mulyan Park to play Sportspower. Grenfell batted first and with Jaykob & Zachary batting well together. Patrick & James also batted well as did Cameron. Grenfell made a total of 91 runs.

05 Feb 10 | Grenfell Under 12’s travelled to Grinstead Oval to play Forbes in the Lachlan Cricket Council. Grenfell won the toss and elected to bowl on a doughy wicket. Zachary & Jaykob bowled extremely well having Forbes 5 for 10 in the 5 over. After 16 overs Forbes was 8/56
03 Feb 10 | Centuries to Bill Perrot and Terry Knight helped Grenfell B grade cricket team to a huge 138 win over an under strength Lyndhurst side.
Grenfell holds on to defeat Canowindra First Grade
29 Jan 10 | In what was at times a seesawing game, Grenfell has held on to defeat Canowindra by 23 runs. Grenfell won the toss and elected to bat.
Boree Cup - Mate versus Mate
27 Jan 10 | On Saturday, in a fitting preparation for Australia Day, backyard cricket was moved to Top Lawson Oval. The teams were professionally dressed in matching shirts, hats, sweatbands and of course they needed matching stubbie holders for out on the field! Some rudimentary rules were set down; players were required to attempt a massive 6 on the first ball, dropped catches were penalised in backyard fashion and no player could get out for a duck.
22 Jan 10 | Grenfell junior cricket will commence training on Wednesday February 27. Under 14’s and under 16’s at 4.30pm, and under 12’s at 5pm.
11 Dec 09 | GRENFELL DEFEAT GERONIMO - UNDER 12'S Grenfell traveled to Cowra to play Geronimo. Grenfell batted first and the run scorers were Hamish 21, Zachary 31 and Jaykob 29.
Under 14's Lachlan side snare first win
09 Dec 09 | Good bowling from J. Knight and M.Millar followed by a 64 run partnership between H.Matthews and B.Kelly enabled Grenfell to snare their first win in the Lachlan District cricket.

18 Nov 09 | Presentation Night This Saturday The presentation night is on this Saturday starting at 7.00pm. A game of bowls will be played before this at 4.00pm. The format will be worked out depending on numbers. There is a list for you to put your name down on the bowls noticeboard before Friday at 1.00pm.
18 Nov 09 | On Wednesday November 11, the Railway Hotel dart team of Dave ‘Killer’ Thiel, Murray ‘Cod’ Logan, Steve ‘The Tall One’ O’Byrne, Tony ‘Minichello’ Fenech, Barry ‘McKenzie’ Bradtke, Ian ‘Inky’ Armstrong, Terry Knight and Jeff ‘Music Man’ Gardner were challenged by the Grenfell Bowling Club team of George Dumbrell, Rodney O’Neill, Wal Barker, Bradley Galvin, Steve Galvin, Brendan McAlister, Andrew Brown and Greg Jones for the prestigious dart cup.
Grenfell fall to Canowindra in close game
18 Nov 09 | Grenfell hosted Canowindra in the Under 12 competition on Saturday. Grenfell batted first with Zachary & Jaykob batting well for Grenfell, Zachary made a quick 24. Clare, Mitchell and Patrick batted well when out in the middle.

Local junior cricketers selected for representative teams
06 Nov 09 | Over the last two Sundays Lachlan Junior Cricket Council have conducted selection trials for Under 12’s to Under 16’s teams. Grenfell Junior Cricket nominated Henry Hunt, Joshua Edwards, Micheal Millar for the Under 14’s and Zachary Starr, Jaykob Gavin, Charlie Mitton & Hamish Starr for the Under 12’s.
Grenfell bowl over Canowindra at Top Lawson Oval
06 Nov 09 | Once again the toss was won by the Grenfell side, and once again electing to bat first. The Grenfell boys got off to a terrible start, losing Steve Holmes (0) in the first over of the game. This bought in our star import Darren Soloman to join our returning opener Dallas Hazell.
