18 May 12 | Under 7’s Lachlan Smith was captain today. Parkes kicked off, Benji had a run then Tyler S & after that Jaxon before Benji ran round & scored.
18 May 12 | Last season Lightning FC from Parkes were a young, quick, fit and skillful side. This year they seemed to be a younger, quicker, fitter, and more skillful side as the Stingers found out on the weekend. With just the basic eleven players again, the Stingers were in for a tough game.

10 May 12 | UNDER 7’s The mighty Kenso Grenfell U7 ‘s panthers travelled to Cootamundra last weekend to play in the seasons first gala day.The players that took the field for the day included Angus and Jake Troth, Polly Napier, Penny Ray, Reece Hughes and Alexander Nowlan.
10 May 12 | The main golf round last week was the Medal round brought forward from April because of insufficient numbers and played on Sunday May 6. By contrast the postponed event attracted a very pleasing field of 20 players.

10 May 12 | Round 4 of the Lachlan Amateur Soccer Association competition was played on Sunday 6th May, with Grenfell Stingers up against Parkes Rovers.
Peak Hill too steep for Goannas
10 May 12 | The Grenfell Goannas played host to Peak Hill last Sunday and were given a bit of a touch up. Grenfell went into the match with plenty of key players side lined but still expected a much better performance that what was given.
